Q: I’ve never got any email contains my login credentials, what supposed to do?

If you have already registered, please use your current login to access your purchase.

Q: How to access and download my purchase?

A: Login to our site http://amazehub.net/login then navigate to Download section. You’ll see a list of products you have purchased. Click Details of each product to access and download the product.

Q: I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

A: Simply use the Forgot Password form here http://amazehub.net/forgot-password/ and enter your username or email address you have registered. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
